WBTreece Consultants is trained, overseen, and stewarded by W. Britt Treece and John Brewster. Britt Treece is a Certified Master Inspector based in Raleigh, NC, USA. He inspects everything from restaurants to offices to church buildings, apartment complexes to warehouses to independent-living facilities, and has traveled coast to coast assessing commercial properties.

John Brewster owns and operates True North Home Inspector, out of Keene, New Hampshire. After decades in restaurant facility management, opertions, and entrepreneurship, John returned to his roots, utilizing his experience in commercial & residential construction and home repairs on Cape Cod. John became a licensed home inspector in New Hampshire and a Certified Professional Inspector with International National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

As a Commercial Inspector for East Coast Properties, John is familiar with New England commercial buildings. Mr. Brewster understands the concerns and needs of buyers and is focused on providing quality inspections at affordable prices. John earned a Massachusetts Construction License in 2000 and has lived in New Hampshire since 2003.
