Chillers and Boilers and Cement

Larger commercial properties often utilize chiller and boiler systems, because the supercooled or superheated water is a more efficient large-scale refrigerant than R-410a.

These systems present different costs than the smaller-scale split systems or RTU's often found on smaller to medium-sized commercial properties.

This site even had cement parking, over 250,000 SF! This is common in hotter areas of the US.
