Often a commercial property shows crumbled curbs.

This strip mall had broken curbs and curb drains (see above). We documented these and recommended repairs across the board.

The appearance of a parking lot and its trimmings affect not only the curb appeal but also the ongoing maintenance coasts of a commercial parcel.
