Loading Docks

The peculiar back entrance of commercial places is the loading dock; you never know when you'll find one, sometimes you expect one and it's not there.

Opening loading dock doors can be tricky, too. If the docks lack an automatic opener and/or the building is vacant, opening them can present liabilities.

Still, our standards dictate that we inspect their condition and direct repairs.
